During my onboarding, I was briefed by the product team that HUB currently has a lot of features, most of them not even used by our CSM, and development team, The main goal of the product team was to evaluate the existing navigation within a limited time frame and redesign the HUB features by leveraging insights from our internal teams and the customer using the product.

  • The developers mentioned that they have to access external code library to find similar expression for the selected data-field type. Current design will makes user to spent more time in finding expression code.

  • As the dealership gets updated frequently and new dealerships get onboarded, the developers also have to write and test new expressions for data-fields
